About the Role
We’re looking for outgoing, self-driven individuals to join our team as Customer Outreach Specialists. In this role, you’ll go door-to-door in local neighborhoods offering free roof inspections, answering basic questions, and helping homeowners get started with our services. You’ll play a key role in building trust and introducing customers to the Right Way experience.
What You’ll Do
Walk door-to-door in designated residential areas (routes provided)
Offer and sign up homeowners for free roof inspections
Educate residents about basic roofing concerns and storm damage
Answer general questions about our process and services
Collect and log homeowner contact information
Coordinate appointment scheduling and report daily activity
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Must be 18 years or older
Experience in customer service, canvassing, or sales is a plus (but not required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a bonus
